Geographical Location and Raw Materials
Our plant is strategically located in the center of the dehydrated plum producing area of Chile, in the O'Higgins Region. We are 102 km south of the city of Santiago (Metropolitan Region), 113 km from the Port of San Antonio and 165 km from the Port of Valparaíso. In Chile, a total of 12,450 hectares of plums are cultivated, being the Metropolitan and O'Higgins regions the ones that concentrate 92% of the cultivation surface.
Equipment and Process
Our processing line has an installed capacity to process 3,500 tons per year and is equipped with state-of-the-art pitting machines and metal detectors, enabling us to obtain products of the highest quality. The addition of a plum puree line not only improves processing efficiency, but also expands our product offering to meet the needs of a wide range of customers.
We are BRC and Kosher certified.
